The Restoration of our Airstream Trailer - A 1964 19' Globe Trotter
Arlen Manning and Shirley Manning of Napa California share the story of their acquisition, restoration, and modifications of their 1964 Airstream Globetrotter.

We have included information on polishing techniques, addition of a front dinette, widening of the original narrow pull out  double bed, and sources for information and parts. These pages are not a commercial enterprise - we offer this information only for enjoyment, and especially to encourage others with an interest in vintage Airstream trailers.  You can click on the buttons above to see our Airstream project and other info.

The American Potter at the 1939 New York World's Fair - The World of Tomorrow
FIVE potteries decided to participate in creating The "American Potter Exhibit" in partnership with the National Brotherhood of Operative Potters. Cronin, Hall, Edwin M. Knowles, Homer Laughlin, Paden City and the union agreed to sponsor a pottery exhibit. The union and the pottery companies each put money in for its creation.  This website details the exhibit from planning to after the fair.  Pictured are pottery made and sold at the fair, the Joint Exhibit of Capital and Labor mural and pictures of the actual exhibit.
